There is NO REFUND POLICY.
If you receive any damaged/wrong product, then EXCHANGE will be done with the fresh piece.
You need to update in 2 days ( 48 HOURS) after the delivery is done.
You need to send a picture of the damaged product so it can be confirmed.
Once it is done, Pick up arrangement will be done by us for exchange of damaged product.
ONLY 1 TIME EXCHANGE can be done, If there is any issue with size.
You will have to courier us the product which you want to get exchanged.
PLEASE NOTE : No compensation will be done for the courier done by you.
You will have to update us through mail/WhatsApp/call for exchange in 2 days.
No exchange procedure will be done after 2 days.
Some products will not have exchange Policy.
You will be notified before only about that.
The product should not be used or washed if it is for exchange.
